Foley High School is home of the Foley Lions! The school has a rich history and proud traditions dating back to 1911. Forward thinking in our vision-- cultivating community, fostering pride, and inspiring excellence--Foley High School continues to build upon our heritage through outstanding academic, athletic, fine arts, and career tech programs. 

Foley High School is a School of Excellence award from A+ College Ready. The award recognizes Foley High School for their accomplishments in advanced placement courses where students earn a college credit while in high school. The rigorous exams were given in 15 different course offerings, including AP physics, AP history, AP calculus, and AP literature.

Academics

Students are challenged in the classroom to take learning to new heights.

CTE Courses

Foley has one of the largest Career Tech Ed departments in the area, providing students opportunities for skills, training, and certifications to help them move into the work force, military, or higher education.

Athletics

Our students are part of a long and rich history of athletic successes.

AP Courses

Foley offers many opportunities for students to earn college credit through AP courses, as well as Dual Enrollment.

Sports and Activites

Foley High School has a wide range of athletic opportunities for all students.

Clubs & Organizations

Foley High School features a variety of clubs and organizations, including FFA, FBLA, AFJROTC, FCA, Key Club, Peer Helpers, National Honor Societies, Student Council, Chorus, and many more.

Annual destruction of special education records for students born in 1999.

On February 20th, 2026, Special Education will destroy all records of students born in 1999. All years prior to 1999 have already been destroyed. If you would like to obtain the Special Education records, please contact the Special Education Office at 251-970-7324 or come to the Professional & Academic Complex at 19812 Underwood Rd. Foley, Alabama.
