The annual Talent Show was held recently in the school gymnasium.  There were 28 acts divided into 4 divisions.  The winners from each division were as follows:  In the Vocal/Instrumental Solo Category; 3^rd place Kali Thompson, 2^nd place Christina Cecrle, and 1^st place Dylan Yates.  In the Vocal/Instrumental Ensemble Category; 3^rd place was a rapping quartet with Jacob Prim, Steven Jones, Tony Mason, and LaDaryl James, 2^nd place was a duet by Dylan Mullally and Haily Cherry, 1^st place finish was a duet by Jody Hatcher and Kendall Hardin.  In the Small Ensemble Category, the 3^rd place finish was a skit performed by Marissa Tacheny, Brittany Carlisle, Meleney Harris, Emily Brock, and Alysha Fletcher, 2^nd place was Destiny Taylor performing ballet, and 1^st place finish was an electrifying drum quartet "Short Circuits" performed by Dylan Yates, Jakob Suell, Elijah King, and Jody Hatcher.  In the Band Division, the 2^nd place was Daniel McWatters, Jamie Parker, Jeff Parker, Josh Whiting, Lori Parker, and Caleb Pavlista.  The 1^st place band was Mikey Mosley, Christian Rowell, Charles Lamb, and Zack Erskin. The Overall Grand Champion was "Short Circuits" performed by the drum quartet Dylan Yates, Elijah King, Jokob Suell, and Jody Hatcher.  The overall second place winner was a tie between Dylan Yates and Christina Cecrle.   The overall Grand Champion and 2^nd place winners go on to compete in the Baldwin County Subways' Star Search at the Wharf on Saturday, April 24^th.  Congratulations to all of the winners!
